Secure Vault: Accessing Secure Vault

Welcome to the user guide for accessing your Secure Vault! This documentation will walk you through the steps and scenarios involved in securely accessing your vault.


What is Secure Vault

Secure Vault is a trusted application designed to safeguard your sensitive and valuable information. It provides a secure space for you to store and protect important data, ensuring that only authorized users can access it.

Step 1 : Accessing your Vault 

Access Secure Vault by clicking on the icon of Secure Vault application.

Step 2 : The journey

Enter your credentials, which may include a PIN, password, or fingerprint. Upon successful authentication, you will be granted access to your Secure Vault.

In some situations, you may encounter variations in the access process:

  • First-Time Use:

    • If you're using the application for the first time, you'll be prompted to create a Security Lock.
    • You'll need to comply with the requirements and create your Security Lock.
    • If you enter non-matching values, you'll receive a notification and will need to enter matching values.
    • If you don't meet the minimum password requirement, you'll receive a notification and will need to comply with the requirement.



  • Using Fingerprint Recognition:

    • If your device supports fingerprint recognition, you can choose to use it in addition to your PIN.
    • You can enable the "Use fingerprint to unlock" option and proceed with Lock PIN setup.
    • If you decide to cancel the fingerprint setup, the "Use fingerprint to unlock" option will be disabled.
  • Incorrect Security Lock:

    • If you enter an incorrect Security Lock, you'll receive a notification.
    • You can then enter valid credentials to access the application.
  • Exceeding Access Attempts:

    • If you exceed the maximum number of allowed access attempts, your device may be wiped to protect your data.
    • If you're using Secure Vault on a third-party device, your application data may be wiped.

By following these steps and understanding the possible scenarios, you can confidently use your Secure Vault, knowing that your sensitive data is well protected. Always prioritize security in the digital world by creating strong and unique credentials, and consider enabling additional security features like fingerprint recognition when available.
