Secure Vault: How to Import Contacts from Chat to Secure Vault

In this user-friendly guide, we'll walk you through the steps to securely import your contacts from Chat into Secure Vault. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities, and with Secure Vault and Secure Chat 4.1.0, you can ensure your contacts are safely stored.


Importing Contacts into Secure Vault

Step 1: Open Chat and navigate to Settings

Launch the Secure Chat application and navigate to the Settings section.


Step 2: Tap on Settings

In the Contacts tab, locate the Export button


Step 3: Multiselect the contacts you wish to export

Now, you can multi-select the contacts you want to import. Simply tap on each contact you wish to save.


Step 4: Tap the fab button to save them

After selecting your desired contacts, tap the "fab" (floating action button) usually represented as a checkmark or similar icon to initiate the save process.

Step 5: Enter the Vault security lock

To ensure the security of your contacts, you'll need to enter your Vault security lock, such as a PIN or pattern.


Step 7: Contacts are saved to Vault

Once you've entered your security lock, the selected contacts will be securely saved to your Secure Vault.
